Dr. Mary Frantz is a concert pianist, arts advocate, and founder of the Mary Frantz Piano Studio.  She holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the Lawrence University Conservatory of Music, a Master of Music degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  Subsequent chamber music study took her to France.  She has concertized on 4 continents and has done radio and television broadcasts here and abroad.  Her CD, “Miroirs” contains the piano music of Ravel, Clementi and Liszt.  She has been a frequent adjudicator and as an educator has received national recognition for her teaching of children.

Not only has my daughter’s love of classical music grown, but her musical skills and technique have improved at a remarkable rate. She now performs competitively at top levels. Studying with Dr. Frantz has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for Bryn. I would strongly recommend Dr. Frantz to anyone who is serious about piano.
